Blessing of New Orphanage Complex

St Mary's Orphanage, the new charitable sister institution of The Malankara Syrian Orthodox Theological Seminary was blessed today 12-01-2013 by H.E. Dr. Mor Theophilose Kuriakose Metropoliatan with the presence of V. Rev. Dr. Adai Jacob Corepiscopa and V. Rev. John Eramangalathu Corepiscopa. Faculty members Rev Fr Lilu P Varghese, Prof Joseph Mattom  were present for this function. The Orphanage is located in the MSOTS compound in Udayagiri, Mulanthuruthy.

Christmas Celebrations

22 December 2012: MSOT Seminary celebrated Christmas with a festive spirit on 21st December at the seminary premises. Christmas is a festival of joy and giving. It celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ who is the son of god. He is the harbinger of peace and harmony in the world.

The celebration started with a liturgical. Seminary celebrations  inaugurated by HB. Aboon Mor Baseliose Thomas I Catholicose in the Presence of Holy Episcopal Synod Secretary H.E. Mor Gregoriose Joseph Metropolitan  , Seminary Residential Metropolitan H.E. Dr. Mor Theophilose Kuriakose Metropolitan  , H.E. Dr. Mor Anthimose Matthews Metropolitan , Principal V. Rev. Dr. Adai Jacob Corepiscopa, Seminary Warden V. Rev.  Michael. The staffs and  students extended their whole hearted support in making the event a grand success. There was the Christmas spirit and merriment throughout the programme.
